Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g double cream cheese
- ½ tbsp pesto, (basil, ad jar)
- 1 baguette(s) for baking
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with the basil pesto. Make several diagonal cuts about 2 cm deep in the baguette at 3 cm intervals. Place the baguette on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Fill the cuts with the cream cheese and pesto mixture. Drizzle the baguette with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) on the middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
