Sea buckthorn kefir sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g kefir or soy yogurt, natural
  • 2 tbsp syrup, unsweetened sea buckthorn
  • 2 tbsp honey (flower honey)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • some cornstarch or Biobin
  • 200 ml whipped cream (variation)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

to pastries such as spice cakes, bread pudding

Mix together kefir, syrup, and honey, season with nutritional yeast, and thicken with Bioboin if desired. The fruit sauce will be creamier if you add whipped cream.
