Pesto pasta with meat sausage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (spirelli or penne)
  • salt water
  • 1 small jar of red pesto
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, cut the sausage (we always use chicken sausage) into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden. Add the jar of red pesto, the ketchup, and the cooked pasta. Mix everything well and serve on plates.
