Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) whole-grain toast
  • 1 tsp, heaped pesto, green
  • 1 slice(s) beer ham
  • 1 small pear(s)
  • e.g. cayenne pepper or paprika powder
  • e.g. Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the pesto on the toast. Place the beer ham on top. Peel the pear, core it with an apple corer, and slice it. Arrange the pear slices on the beer ham. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or paprika powder to taste. Grate the cheese over the pear slices. Bake in the hot oven for about 10-15 minutes. Arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve.
