Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bunches of basil
  • 1 bag of pine nuts
  • 1 bag of cashew nuts
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for pasta

Be sure to toast the pine nuts and cashews. Then puree everything together and season to taste. Add olive oil as needed.
