Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g juice (quince juice)
  • 200 g quince pulp, strained
  • 50 g millet, grind
  • 60 g maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Stir the strained quince pulp into the juice from the steam juicer, then add the ground millet, salt, and maple syrup. You don’t need to season it; the sweetness only really develops when it’s stirred and brought to a boil. Simmer gently for at least 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
