Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g pork spare ribs
  • 100 ml mustard, medium hot
  • Salt
  • Pepper or steak seasoning
  • Maggi
  • 2 tbsp oil

Cut the ribs to a pan-sized size and lightly salt both sides and sprinkle with pepper or steak seasoning. Brush them all over with mustard and lightly fry in a little oil in a nonstick pan. Add a little water and a few drops of Maggi, cover the pan, and simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat, adding more water and Maggi occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, drizzle all the ribs with a little more Maggi. This recipe can also be prepared with thick ribs. In this case, the cooking time will be extended by about 30 minutes.
