Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot(s)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallot. Mix with oil, tomato ketchup, and spices. Marinate the meat in this mixture for a few hours. Before grilling, strip off any excess herbs, as they will otherwise burn easily. It’s best to salt the food after grilling.
