Philipp's Strawberry Dream – Mascarpone-quark-yogurt cream with strawberry puree

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 1 kg strawberries, fresh
  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 mint leaves, fresh
  • 400 g yogurt
  • n. B. sugar
  • 5 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some pepper, green, from the mill
  • 50 g meringue(s)
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Puree 900g of strawberries and pass them through a sieve to remove any lumps. Season the strawberry puree with sugar and green pepper. Combine the mascarpone, quark, yogurt, and vanilla pulp in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add sugar to taste. Layer the mixture into dessert glasses or bowls. First the cream, then the strawberry puree, then more cream. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and small strawberry pieces, crumbled meringue, a mint leaf, and grated dark chocolate.
