Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 300 ml cream, whipped until stiff
- 100 g nougat
- 75 g dark chocolate coating, melted
- 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tbsp whiskey
- 330 ml cream, whipped until stiff
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g speculatius biscuits, crumbled
- 500 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
Instructions

For the mousse, melt the nougat and chocolate coating together. Fold the chocolate sprinkles into the stiffly whipped cream. Mix the sprinkles with the other ingredients, pour into serving glasses, and chill for at least 3 hours. For the tiramisu, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Layer each of the cream, crumbled speculatius cookies, and raspberries in small glasses and repeat until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of cream.
