  • 120 g Mozzarella
  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cashew
  • 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • Salt pepper
  1. Clean and wash the lettuce. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into pieces. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Put the lettuce first, then the mozzarella and tomatoes on plates or in bowls. Then pour the dressing and finally the cashew nuts over it.
