Salad: Mango Mozzarella

The perfect salad: mango mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Ham air dried
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 2 Fresh mango
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and dice. Cut the ice cream salad into small pieces. Also cut the mozzarella and ham into cubes. Mix a dressing with soy sauce, white wine vinegar, paprika powder, curry, sugar and ginger. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the salad and serve.
