Pickled jacket potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar of Miracle Whip or 1 bottle of light salad cream
  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 kg jacket potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

as a side dish for grilling

Boil the potatoes until al dente and place them in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold in the finely chopped garlic. Pour everything over the potatoes and let it sit for 24 hours. Tastes great with grilled food.
