Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough (spelt pizza dough)
- 65 g liver sausage, fine
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Halve the pizza dough. Reserve the other half for something else. Place the dough on an oiled baking sheet and form a boat. Finely chop the capers and mix thoroughly with the liverwurst and syrup, then add everything to the boat. Spread well. Sprinkle a few onion rings on top. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Bake for 15-20 minutes on the lowest rack, then finish cooking for another 8-10 minutes on the top rack, depending on the degree of browning.
