Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g meat salad
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 175 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and hard-boiled eggs into small cubes. Mix with the prepared meat salad and the unthawed peas. Fold in the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and let the salad marinate. The salad always tastes good and has a nice crunch thanks to the frozen peas.
