Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g mango pulp
- 300 g pineapple, fresh
- 50 ml rum
- 200 g gelling sugar 3:1
- 50 g coconut flakes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

If preparing in a multicooker, puree the pineapple and mango in a mixing bowl for 15 seconds on speed 5. Add the gelling sugar, rum, and coconut flakes and cook for 12 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. If preparing the jam in a pot, puree the pineapple and mango with an immersion blender or in a blender. Add the gelling sugar, rum, and coconut flakes and bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour the finished jam into hot, rinsed jars.
