Pineapple and basil dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g Skyr or natural yogurt
  • 225 g pineapple pieces from the can
  • 8 basil leaves, fresh
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • n. B. Almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the pineapple pieces and blend them with honey and basil in a blender until creamy. Pour the skyr into a bowl and gently mix with the pineapple and basil puree. I use skyr because it’s thicker than natural yogurt. Pour the dessert cream into two suitable dessert bowls and garnish with some basil and a piece of pineapple. If you like, you can also add toasted flaked almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
