Pineapple and coconut crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 2 large apples
  • 6 tbsp coconut milk
  • possibly sugar, some

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the butter, sugar, flour, and coconut flakes into crumbles. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and chop finely. Wash, halve, core, and dice the apples. Place both types of fruit into baking dishes (brûlée dishes) or a shallow casserole dish. Spread the coconut milk and sugar, if desired, over the crumbles, and sprinkle them over the crumbles. The baking time varies depending on the dish. For the shallow brûlée dishes, it took 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).
