Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pineapple, fresh
- 100 g pear(s)
- 50 ml water
- n. B. coconut blossom sugar
- 250 g quark
- 4 tbsp milk or cream
- n. B. coconut blossom sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and dice the pineapple. Wash, halve, core, and dice the pear. Steam the flesh in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Sweeten if desired. For the quark cream, combine all ingredients and season to taste. First, pour the quark cream into glasses, then pour the compote, which should have cooled to a minimum, on top. The compote should have barely any liquid left.
