Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large can of pineapple or 2 small cans of pineapple pieces
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 sponge cakes
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar (or more – to taste)
  • possibly pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Drain the pineapple from the can, reserving the juice. Prepare a pudding with pineapple juice (add extra if necessary) and let it cool. Mix the butter with the sugar and egg until smooth, then add a spoonful of pudding. Spread the sponge cake with the pudding cream, top with pineapple pieces, then the next cake layer, pudding cream, pineapple pieces, and so on. Spread the cake with the remaining pineapple cream and chill.
