Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 100 g pineapple
- ½ chili pepper(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 5 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the fresh pineapple and deseed the chili pepper. Pour everything into a measuring jug, add the yogurt, and season with pepper, salt, and sugar. Blend with a hand blender. Serve immediately, otherwise the yogurt will turn bitter. It tastes great with leafy salads.
