Pineapple curd dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sour milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 40 g sugar
  • 100 g pineapple, fresh, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the sour cream with the crème fraîche and sugar until smooth. Roast the cashews in a dry pan, then chop them. Caramelize the sugar in the water, then toss the pineapple and cashews in it. First, pour the cream into glasses, then add the pineapple and cashews. If desired, garnish with lemon balm or mint.
