Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of rum (40%), brown
  • ¼ bottle of schnapps (corn, 32%)
  • 1 lime(s), sliced
  • 1 pineapple, ripe, peeled and diced
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 1.5 cm, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 300 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large bottle, mix well, and place in a bright location (just out of direct sunlight). Shake once a day and strain to enjoy after about 6 weeks. Tip: The pineapple also works well on chocolate ice cream. You’ll have a delicious dessert (preferably with whipped cream) and nothing will go to waste.
