Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pineapple, freshly cut into pieces
- ½ red bell pepper(s), diced
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
