Pineapple – Tomatoes – Chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 gr. can/n pineapple, pieces or slices
  • 1 liter soup (tomato soup)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, chopped, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the spring onions into small rings and place them in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place the chicken fillets on top, followed by the drained pineapple pieces. Add cream to the boiling tomato soup, season generously with salt, pepper, and herbs, and pour over everything in the casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 40-50 minutes. Serve with spaetzle.
