Pineapple Vanilla Dessert

The perfect pineapple vanilla dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Pineapple pieces fruit weight 340g
  • 1 Pck Vanilla custard powder
  • 2 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Milk to top up the juice
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 1 Pck Dessert sauce without cooking
  1. Put the pineapple pieces with the juice in a sieve and collect the juice. Set the fruit pieces aside.
  2. Fill up the collected juice with milk until it is 400ml. I withheld a little juice mixture and mixed the custard powder in it together with the vanilla sugar and the tablespoon of sugar.
  3. Bring the juice-milk mixture to a boil while stirring, remove from the plate and stir in the custard powder, bring to the boil again briefly. Fold in the pineapple pieces and let cool.
  4. Once the pudding has cooled down, the cream is whipped with the dessert powder and (approx. 300ml) lifted under the pineapple vanilla pudding.
  5. Put the whole thing in a serving bowl and decorate with the remaining cream and pineapple pieces.
