Pineapple Vanilla Dessert
The perfect pineapple vanilla dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can Pineapple pieces fruit weight 340g
- 1 Pck Vanilla custard powder
- 2 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Milk to top up the juice
- 400 ml Cream
- 1 Pck Dessert sauce without cooking
- Put the pineapple pieces with the juice in a sieve and collect the juice. Set the fruit pieces aside.
- Fill up the collected juice with milk until it is 400ml. I withheld a little juice mixture and mixed the custard powder in it together with the vanilla sugar and the tablespoon of sugar.
- Bring the juice-milk mixture to a boil while stirring, remove from the plate and stir in the custard powder, bring to the boil again briefly. Fold in the pineapple pieces and let cool.
- Once the pudding has cooled down, the cream is whipped with the dessert powder and (approx. 300ml) lifted under the pineapple vanilla pudding.
- Put the whole thing in a serving bowl and decorate with the remaining cream and pineapple pieces.
