Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml wine (rosé)
  • 400 ml grapefruit juice, from pink grapefruit
  • 15 ml rose water
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pink wine jelly for Sunday breakfast

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil gently for about 5 minutes while stirring. Pour into jam jars and secure with screw-on lids.
