Spiral Pasta with Beef and Carrots
The perfect spiral pasta with beef and carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Carrots
- 180 g Spiral pasta
- Salt
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 250 g Thinly sliced beef fillet
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml Dry red wine
- 200 ml Meatsoup
- Pepper from the grinder
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Peel the carrots, cut in half lengthways and cut diagonally into strips about 1cm wide. Salt the boiling water and add the pasta, cook according to the instructions until al dente. Cook the carrots for the last 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the shallots, pat dry and cut the shallots into slices. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the strips of meat over high heat until light brown. Remove and season .1 / 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and the Sauté shallots in it, sauté briefly with tomato paste, deglaze with red wine. Pour in the broth and simmer over a medium heat for 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and carrots and mix them into the sauce while dripping wet. Add the meat and mix everything well. Cut the chives into rolls and serve the pasta sprinkled with them.
