Pistachio Cream Tiramisu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 25 g pistachios, chopped
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • ½ bottle of rum flavoring
  • 150 ml Cremefine, 31% fat
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 100 g pistachio cream, with 45% pistachios
  • 12 ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roast the chopped pistachios in a pan without fat. Mix the milk and rum flavoring. Whip the Cremefine until stiff, then whisk a little more with the mascarpone and pistachio cream. Place 6 sponge fingers in a suitable dish and drizzle with half of the rum milk. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Place the remaining 6 sponge fingers on top of the cream and drizzle with the remaining rum milk. Spread the remaining cream on the second layer of sponge fingers. Sprinkle the chopped, roasted pistachios on top. Chill the finished tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
