enough for 3 servings
First, make the dough – knead the flour, salt, and possibly a little garlic salt, water, and yeast well, then let it rise for about 30 minutes – preferably covered. Now add the passata to a pot and heat it up. Stir in the broth and ketchup and let it sit for a while. In the meantime, dice the ham and salami. Drain the tuna. Roll out the dough on baking paper and then cover with two ladles of tomato sauce. Divide the ham, salami, and tuna evenly into thirds and bake everything in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
