Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g wheat flour
- 100 g rye flour, wholemeal
- 1 pack of yeast, fresh
- 1 small lemon(s), juice
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g sugar
- 40 g margarine
- 250 ml milk 1.5%
- Tomato ketchup
- 1 small jar of olives
- 250 g cooked ham
- 3 ring/s pineapple
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small jar of artichoke(s)
- 1 tbsp cheese, grated hard cheese with herbs
- 1 tbsp oregano, shredded
- 1 tbsp basil, shredded
- 1 bag of cheese (pizza crumble cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Make a smooth dough from the 9 ingredients listed above. Keep this dough warm for one hour and let it rise. Now prepare 2 baking sheets: grease with margarine and divide the risen dough in half. With floured hands, form a dough half on each sheet the size of the sheet, without a rim. Now spread the ketchup on top, then distribute the seasonings over it, then add the cooked ham (cut into pieces), olives, pineapple (cut into pieces), tomatoes (sliced), peppers (sliced), and artichokes. If you like, you can also add short pieces of asparagus. Finally, sprinkle the pizza cheese on top. Meanwhile, the oven has heated up and, using fan-assisted oven, two baking sheets can be placed in the oven at the same time and baked for 20 minutes.
