Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Mix and knead the ingredients for the dough. The dough should form a smooth lump. Place it in a sealable bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. After rising, the dough should be flecked with fine bubbles and roll out easily. Mix and season the ingredients for the sauce. Slice the frozen sucuk and set aside to thaw. Now thaw the spinach in a saucepan without water over low heat. This will pre-cook it slightly. Mix in the chopped garlic and a little salt and pepper and set aside to cool. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the sauce on top. Spread the spinach over the sauce. Sprinkle with some cheese. Add the sucuk, tomatoes, and onions on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 210°C for about 15 minutes. The pizza is ready when the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
