Pizza Balls, Lactose-free
The perfect pizza balls, lactose-free recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark, lactose-free
- 8 tbsp Milk, lactose-free
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 300 g Flour
- 200 g Grated cheese, lactose-free
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 1 Tsp & tbsp Salt and sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- This snack is quick to make and is really a tasty “companion” at every party. Of course you can replace the lactose-free components with “normal” ones. First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan-assisted air.
- Next, cut the ham into fine cubes. Since I couldn’t add any more ingredients, the chives come into play here …… cut about half a bunch of them into fine rings.
- Mix all the ingredients together and use the dough hook to make a tough dough. (The cheese gives the whole thing a good hold)
- Now form small balls out of the mass / dough … there will be about 40 balls: -) … and place on a grid lined with baking paper. I had to bake the entire amount in 2 courses … only about 20 balls fit on it.
- Baked at 180 ° C, the delicious balls can be removed after about 20/25 minutes and enjoyed as warm as possible. Buon appetit 😀
