Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ head of cauliflower
- ½ ball of light mozzarella
- 1 egg(s)
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pre-cook the cauliflower in the microwave for 7-10 minutes at low wattage, with short breaks. Then mash with a fork and mix with the mozzarella and egg. It’s best to use a hand blender. Add the seasonings as desired and spread the mixture thinly on baking paper. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Then spread the toppings as desired. Bake the pizza for another 7-10 minutes.
