Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g flour, (1050)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g bell pepper(s), color doesn’t matter)
- 50 g fried onions
- 10 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning (basil, sage, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mixed pepper, sea salt)
- 250 g milk
- 50 g cheese, grated Emmental

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Chop the bell peppers and crumble the feta. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then mix in the bell peppers, fried onions, and feta. Finally, add the milk. Knead everything thoroughly with a hand mixer. Pour the dough into a greased dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place on the middle rack of the oven. After 10 minutes of baking, reduce the heat to 200°C and bake for about 35 minutes. Tastes best warm (served immediately or toasted).
