Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 ½ tbsp beet syrup, black
- 335 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 140 g flour (rye flour)
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp caraway seeds, whole
- ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place all dry ingredients into the bread maker, then add the liquids and syrup. Set the bread maker to the “Whole Wheat” setting and medium crust. Allow the bread to cool after baking.
