Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, approx. 700 g
  • 1 jar tomato sauce or pizza sauce, approx. 400 g
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • Topping as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for a round springform pan

Divide the pizza dough into four pieces and roll out four round bases the size of a springform pan. Place one base in the springform pan and spread with sauce. Add a topping (e.g., corn, mushrooms, tuna, salami, or ham) and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another pizza base and continue layering. After adding the last base, sprinkle the cake with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
