Using the ingredients listed, make pizza dough and tomato sauce, using your own recipes or recipes from this database, such as the following: Pizza sauce: www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/821491186647501/Omas-leckere-Pizzasauce.html Pizza dough: http://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/1151011221381450/Der-beste-Pizzateig.html Grease a round cake pan with a little olive oil to make it easier to remove the cake later. Roll out the pizza dough into four portions and cut each one to fit the entire pan. The dough should overlap the edge by a few centimeters so that the overlapping dough can be used to later assemble the final layer of the pizza cake. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Then spread some tomato sauce on the first layer of dough, season to taste, top with vegetables, fish, or sausage (ham, roast), and sprinkle with cheese. Now roll out another layer of dough the size of the base, for example, by cutting out a suitable shape using a second cake tin of the same size. Spread this layer again with tomato sauce or hollandaise sauce and top it as desired. The topping can be different from the first topping; it will make the flavor even better later. Continue this process until all the dough is used up. You can alternate hollandaise sauce and tomato sauce according to your taste; you can of course also use tomato sauce alone. However, for an asparagus pizza layer, for example, hollandaise sauce works very well. Finally, form the last layer from the overlapping dough and top the last layer in a pizza style. Bake the pie for about 1 hour at 150°C. You may need to reduce the heat if you notice that the top of the pie is starting to get a little dark.
