delicious pizza for big and small detectives

Roll out the pizza dough into a circle. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Trim the bell pepper and peel the onion, then dice both. Cut the cooked ham into bite-sized pieces. Spread it along with the mushrooms on one (!) half of the circle, leaving the edges free. Now we’ll take care of the special sauce. Mix the sour cream with 20g of finely chopped mozzarella. Salt and pepper add a little extra flair. We’ll use the remaining mozzarella later for the topping. Drop the sauce in dollops onto the pizza topping (you can also use classic tomato sauce if you like). Now fold everything together: Place the “free” half of the circle onto the other. Press the edges firmly and fold them upwards to prevent leaks. Place the remaining mozzarella on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 8-10 minutes. Then simply slice it like bread.
