  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup of beer
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Ideal for use in a stone oven or on a pizza stone

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Add crumbled yeast. Warm the milk and beer (a small cup or measure) to lukewarm and add it to the remaining ingredients in the bowl. Knead the dough with the dough hook until elastic. A little flour helps if it sticks to the bowl. Knead the dough by hand, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead briefly again before using.
