- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

A recipe for 2 baking sheets. Combine flour and dry yeast, then knead in lukewarm water and salt. Cover the dough and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Baking instructions (varies depending on the topping): Bake at 250°C on the lowest rack for about 20 minutes.
