Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pack of yeast
- ½ tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup water, warm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- Oil for the pizza pan and for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the water and milk. Mix everything well and let stand for about 2 minutes. Add the oil and mix. Pour in the flour and knead everything well until you have a smooth dough. Knead on a smooth surface for about 10 minutes. Divide into two parts if desired. Roll out the dough and place it in oiled round pans. Brush the edges with oil. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes. To prepare further, spread with tomato sauce and top with desired toppings. Then bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 250°C (convection oven) and serve immediately.
