Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pizza flour type 00
  • 620 ml water, cold
  • 5 g fresh yeast
  • 25 g sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Pour the water into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast completely in the water. Then add half of the flour and mix. Now add the salt and the remaining flour. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes. After 23 hours of resting, divide the dough into six equal portions. Let it rise for another hour. Now you can shape the pizza with your hands.
