Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g flour, type 550
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cube of fresh yeast (20 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

crispy

Dissolve the yeast in the water and add it to the bread maker with the other ingredients. Select program “9 Dough” to knead the dough thoroughly. If the dough is a bit sticky, sprinkle a little flour on the surface and on the dough before rolling it out. After rolling out, let it rise for another 10 minutes and then add your favorite toppings. Bake for about 15 minutes at 270°C. This portion is enough for 2 round pizzas or a large pizza oven tray. Tips: – The dough can be covered and refrigerated overnight or frozen. – Instead of tomato sauce, I sometimes use a very thin layer of mild ajvar as a base, then layer with cheese and then the other ingredients.
