Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 4 onions
  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for 1 tray

Preheat oven to 190°C fan/convection oven. Hard-boil the eggs and slice them. Drain the tuna, peel the onions, and slice them into rings. Spread tomato paste on the pizza dough (see CK’s quark and oil dough recipe) and top with the ingredients. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and pizza seasoning. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
