Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • ½ yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml water
  • some oil, for brushing
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Homemade!

Knead flour, yeast, salt, and water into a dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Celsius (472 degrees Fahrenheit). Brush the pizza pan with oil and roll out the dough evenly. Spread the tomato paste on the dough. Sprinkle cheese over the dough and season with pizza seasoning. Bake at 300 degrees Celsius (472 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8-10 minutes.
