Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 bag(s) of seafood
  • 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 pack of mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mediterranean, with seafood

Cut the ciabatta into 6 equal-sized slices/pieces. Hollow out each piece about halfway and brush the hollowed-out surfaces with tomato paste. Fry the seafood in a pan and place it into the hollowed-out surfaces. Slice the mozzarella (if desired) and spread it on top of the filled slices. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack. 200 kcal per serving.
