Potato Pizza

Boil the potatoes in their skins for 20 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, grate the cheese, slice the onions, and pick the rosemary sprigs. Season the tomato paste with paprika, salt, and pepper. Knead the low-fat quark, oil, milk, and baking powder into a dough. Roll out two pizzas from the dough and spread with the tomato paste. When the potatoes are cooked, let them cool, peel, and slice. Arrange the potato slices and onion rings on the dough and sprinkle with the rosemary sprigs. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese on top last. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes (convection oven: 175°C or top/bottom heat: 200°C).
