a lighter alternative to pizza

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the mushrooms, onions, olives, and pepperoni. Spread the tortilla with pizza sauce. Spread the grated cheese directly over the pizza sauce. Then grate some Parmesan cheese over it. This will give the light cheese a bit more flavor. Then top with olives, tomatoes, peppers, onions, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Bake in the top half of the oven until the cheese is golden brown. This is the version I always make. You can, of course, use any other classic pizza topping.
