Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
- 50 g salami, thinly sliced
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4 equal strips. Then stretch the first strip slightly, both wide and long, but be careful not to tear. Fill the center of the strip with cheese and roll the strip up lengthwise. Shape the roll into a pretzel, top with salami, and sprinkle with some more cheese. Repeat with the remaining dough strips. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 14 to 18 minutes.
